We built BILLWAZE to today’s standards, giving you the most rewarding experience possible. While we work on all screen types and sizes, we highly recommend you use an HD display with a 1920×1080 resolution. We work well on both PC’s and MACS. We also recommend using google chrome as your browser.
Absolutely! As they are available, all updates are automatically added to your plan without additional costs or action on your part. We will always notify you of all exciting new features we publish to your plan.
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of employees you can add to BILLWAZE. Once setup, you’ll also be able to restrict their access to only the features you give them permission to use.

Absolutely! You can add your company logo and address onto all invoices. Add it once and it will be there for all invoices sent. Also, there are 8 different templates you can use provided within the system. Just choose the one that reflects your business and you are ready to go.
Our most popular plan is the Gold Plan. With a host of features, you’ll be able to bill up to 50 clients and send unlimited invoices. You bet! When subscribing to our annual plans you’ll be saving an additional 20% of the normal monthly fee.
Accepting Credit Cards
BILLWAZE provides for three payment gateways. PayPal, STRIPE and Authorize.net. You can accept payments via PayPal and either STRIPE and Authorize.net. For example, if you use PayPal to accept payments as well as STRIPE, you would select both in “Credit Card Processing”. When receiving your invoices, your clients will be presented with an option on which payment provider they want to use to process their payment.
You bet! If you client calls you and wants to pay you using a credit card, you will be able to enter their information and process that payment. Unlike other providers, BILLWAZE does NOT charge you extra for providing this functionality.
Of course! Once you send an invoice using BILLWAZE, a link is sent to your client. If you already setup your account for PayPal and/or credit card processing ( a simple process ), when your clients open their invoice they’ll also see a “Pay Now” button. When clicked, they’ll be able to process their payment for their invoice.
